A broad range of vessels, with focus on quality
The company offers a broad range of vessels through two operating entities, UNIGAS and Ultragas ApS, and ranging in size from 3,500 CBM up to 20,700 CBM. Vessels types include semi-refrigerated, ethylene and pressurized units.

Ultratug operates more than 100 offshore vessels, harbour & LNG terminal tugs & pilot boats, servicing the majority of ports along the Chilean, Peruvian, Ecuadorian & Colombian coasts in the Pacific, along the Argentine, Uruguay and Brazilian coast in the Atlantic, as well as in Mexico.  

Ultramar is one of the principle suppliers of integrated port services & cargo logistic solutions in the South American market. Ultramar’s principle activities include agency services, container deposits, stevedoring & port operations.  

UNIGAS BV specializes in the safe and efficient carriage of petrochemical and petroleum gases on a worldwide basis, with the solid foundation of long term Contracts of Affreightment and Time Charters with many of the major international oil, gas and chemical companies. 


Antares Naviera has been a part of the Ultranav Group since 1997. It is a Argentinean ship owner and operator that has provided regional transportation services for crude oil and byproducts since 1917. The company also now offers harbour and offshore tugs services


Navitranso is market leader in the Peruvian coastal cabotage segment for the carriage of hydrocarbon fuels, sulphuric acid and LPG.

Cape Tankers was incorporated in 1995 and has grown to become an important global player in the transportation of crude oil and DPP. Since 2005 it has managed all commercial and operational activities for Panamax International (PI) and for Andes Tankers since 2013. The fleet is managed from offices in Miami, USA and includes both Panamax and Aframax vessels, comprises of some 40 to 50 unit.

This company is container, break bulk and project cargo specialist. It offers two fixed frequency feeder services one connecting ports in southern Chile and a north feeder connecting them with ports in north Chile and Peru.
